The best way to reach HugeTimer is email: contact@hugetimer.com. Every message is read by the person who builds the site. There is no support ticket system and no chatbot.
Reporting a bug
A timer that rings late or a button that doesn’t respond is treated as an urgent bug. To get it fixed quickly, please include:
- The page, for example
hugetimer.com/stopwatch/. - Your device and browser with its version, for example “Windows 11 laptop, Chrome 142” or “iPhone 15, Safari on iOS 26”.
- The steps: what you set, what you pressed and in which order.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened, with the time shown on the screen if it was a timing problem.
- A screenshot if the layout looked wrong.
It also helps to say whether the tab was in the background, whether the computer went to sleep, and whether the sound had been turned on with a click. Browsers limit what a page can do in each of these situations, and the page How our timers stay accurate explains the details.
Corrections and ideas
If a page states something that is wrong, such as a browser limit, a keyboard shortcut or a number in the copy, please send the page address and the sentence. Ideas for new tools or options are welcome too. Not every idea can be built, but each one is considered, and visible changes are listed in the changelog.
